Around the world, food serves as a unifying factor between strangers. People all across the world are gradually learning about, savoring, and appreciating Indian food. Murgh Makhani: Known worldwide as “Butter Chicken,” it comes as no surprise that this well-liked meal is included on this list. Murgh Makhani was invented in Delhi in the 1950s; in fact, the credit for this delicious cuisine goes to Moti Mahal. One of the most recognizable Indian meals in the world is “Butter Chicken,” which consists of smoky tandoor-cooked chicken combined with a flavorful tomato gravy that is just a little bit sweet and loaded with butter. Korma: Often considered to be a fusion between Persian and Indian cuisine, korma is a creamy stew that can be made with vegetables, paneer, or meat. Korma’s origins date back to the royal kitchen of the great emperor Akbar. Three main bases exist when it comes to korma, namely North Indian, Mughlai, and Shahi.
